I must say that Halcyon Real Estate is exceptional. I've been with them for four years now. Ginger and John are excellent property managers. They have managed my house so well, letting me know if there's any issues that need to be resolved right away. The accounting department is excellent as well, I have gotten my payments right on schedule. You can't go wrong with this company, I'm so happy I found them.

Ginger and John did an outstanding job of choosing our tenants and managing our rental property. When we chose to sell our rental property Ginger had it beautifully staged and sold within 2 days. She efficiently handled our 1031 exchange with beginning to end going smoothly. Ginger has excellent judgement, looks out for her clients, and is very dependable.
