Location Nice, newer, family-friendly community surrounded by shops, a town center, and restaurants. This area is likely better suited for families or middle-aged adults. I lived here for 15 months and overall, I’ve really enjoyed it. I lived alone in a studio unit and it was the perfect size for me. The only cons regarding size are storage/counter space but you can make it work. The gate to the parking deck is often broken but the staff is quick to respond/fix it. A lot of other luxury complexes don’t offer covered parking so this feature is a plus. I had both positive and negative experiences with the staff but you have to take that with a grain of salt. The area of Halcyon is really nice, but the apartment building does not live up to expectations. There isn't a day where I don't encounter a security door open or won't close properly. One main door was wide open for two days. If you are interested in what your neighbors are saying, this is the place. I wake up to a woman screaming above me every other morning (screaming as I type this) and around 1am three nights a week my neighbor below me must be doing construction till 6am.
