I had a good move in experience. I liked living here the first year just fine. The second year they raised the rent to where it was no longer a joy to be there. I mean the outside restaurants get old after 15 months to be honest. The move out experience was a disaster. The move out team did not communicate, wasnt answering emails, did not explain the move out process and just spent alot of time trying to get me out of all my money.. This apartment complex is gorgeous! They have every possible amenity you could ever want. The pricing is excellent and quite a steal when you consider the perfect location when compared to other apartments miles away. Ivey especially made my tour, application, and move-in a breeze! I love this place!
Have lived here for a few years now and love it!! Had an issue and couldn’t find a package and the staff helped me ASAP! Highly recommend living here!
