Sent email asking about winterizing our boat on 10/17/23. They responded next day and asked me for make and model number. I sent it back immediately. Sent another email on 10/20/23 asking if he received my emails. No response. Still haven't heard from them. Not very good business. We went to Dave's Marine since it's supposed to freeze this week.
Chad is great! I called, he answered and help my family get back on the water for the summer. I cannot say enough about him. Thank you Chad!
