I had an 11:00 am appointment with the doctor and I arrived early like they asked. I was taken to an exam room after 30 minutes in the waiting room. 2 hours later I’m still in the exam room and no doctor. I kept asking how much longer and was told 10-15 more minutes finally after complaining again I was told it would be at least another hour or more before I could see the doctor.
