Hal helped us along through are first home purchase when we moved back to the island. He listened to what we were looking for in a home and showed us the houses that had those things. He took his time to answer all of our questions and explain the process in detail. He was great during this stressfull time of trying to find a home in a tight market. I would recommend him to anyone trying to find a home on island.
Hal is a trustworthy agent who is easy to work with. We went the FSBO route and Hal was the buyers’ agent. He was very professional, knowledgeable, reasonable, and was key in ensuring our deal closed amicably and without issue. Having him involved in the process was extremely helpful in taking care of the litany of documents and paperwork and saved us lots of time.
