Only rarely am I sufficiently invested in a restaurant's success to track it down on several platforms and announce how fabulous it is. I love the variety and freshness of the sushi, obviously; though I've yet to order anything but, I hear from friends that the other dishes are also excellent. Love everything about this place! The maki is immaculate in its presentation and the sashimi is top quality (one of the few places I will order red snapper.) The non-sushi items are amazing as well. Hakuya has the absolute best value for the price, but the lunch special prices are unbelievably reasonable. Last but not least, the service is great and the staff genuinely wants you to enjoy your experience every time you visit!
