I was not a patient at his office thank God only one that he threw away medicine without consent to do so. Dr. Nelson Tichardo had no right to throw my medication away when he is not my normal Phych doctor I have spoken to her today about my medication that he threw out my Celexa I would not trust this man with my mental health I have been on celexa 3 years it helps me a lot just because your in the hospital they can tell you their advice and note it on discharge paperwork but had no right throwing my medication away.I was a... read more
I’m not the type to post a review but this has been the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had with a doctor. I spoke to one of the front desk receptionist at the office about a month ago in regards to a personal request. The request required a fee so I called them to send over the payment to Dr.Liebowitz’s office and they picked up the phone and took the payment with absolutely no problems and also mentioned that it would take a few days to get back on my request.. A very unprofessional place. If I could give them zero stars I would. This place has left me flabbergasted about how a doctor can treat a patient, Dr. Ferd Liebowitz just ignores and disregards your calls and text until whenever he feels like I will get calls at 10pm at night, when I call at 10am in the morning it’s been 3 weeks with no response from them but they can still read my messages and not respond.
