I wasted a lot of money for 2 pair of glasses that cost about 400-500$. The 1st pair cracked as soon as I got home when it was on my face, then I had to use my warranty for my replacement. 2 days later...they broke again and I could not replace them. Also The 2nd one I had lasted me for a year, but the lens came out a few times during that year. The staff at Hakim Optical were incredibly helpful and kind. Mr. Ali and Miss Melissa are very professional and treated me with respect and dignity. I was there to get a pair of glasses for my son, who is on ODSP. We received the glasses using ODSP insurance. Miss Melissa helped us to find a pair of glasses that looked amazing on my son.
