Terrible customer service. It took me 5 months to get assistance ordering replacement trim for my shower that was under warranty...but only after sending 9 emails, and 7 conversations with 3 different people. Everyone I spoke with treated me like I was bothering them. I'll gladly take my future business elsewhere.
