I love the yoga... the whole vibe is awesome
Rarely do I see the mission of a studio so aligned with the actual services, vibe, and leadership of the space. This is truly an oasis of peace and power on Chicago’s South Side. The community feel is real. The empowerment is real. The services I’ve benefited from so far are of EXCELLENT quality. Places like this are where the next revolution is born. Our culture needs healing, and we need places like this to make it happen.
This was my first time at Haiji Healing Salon. In this day and age you never know what you're gonna get when you try something for the first time. The owner, Aya was gracious, professional and made me feel at home. The space was peaceful, spotless, bright and had a sweet aroma of essential oils. Haji Healing Salon is a magical place. Each time I've stepped across the threshold, I've left the city behind and entered a lovely place of healing, peace, and beauty. I felt healing just being there! I'm going back.
first rate yoga instruction...if you're not doing the breathe work then its just exercise the instructor won't let you forget to do the breathe work
