I'm new to meditation, so I expected to feel like an amateur. Fortunately, that wasn't my experience with this class. I learned to set my own pace and listen to my body.

Haji Healing Salon has yoga for all levels, body types, and shows no body shaming. The music Aya chooses is always amazing and I highly recommend any and all of the classes.
