Honestly I've had huge issues with fear and anxiety from past hair appointments(at different salons) and then I got a recommendation from a friend to go to Hairvana and see Kyla. She was so welcoming right off the bat that it helped ease a lot of that anxiety. I have a hard time with small talk but with her she made it seem like we were friends forever, talking about school and family life. Kimmie, gave me my first pedicure and manicure spa treatment. She's very good and the experience was amazing. She was very nice, and kind, she explained what she was doing and told me the benefits. My feet and hands felt great. I plan to get them done more often. Thanks Kimmie for a really nice experience.
