The owner who i thought was listening to me discuss how tramatic its been for me to grow my hair back. I had not been to a stylist in years. He literally cut my hair so short that I almost got into a car accident as I looking at it. My family was horrified at what he did to my hair. I am beyond hurt that I expressed how I didn't want to feel like a man and he made me look more like than before. I am beyond words. I am heart broken
