i came for a trim and had long hair . i said cut a little bit, i left without hair. I also paid for the highest rated director stylist (Stefanny) to make sure this does not happen. The service is nice but it is not what i asked for. And now my hair is super short :( super dissapointed. I did not ask for a change of look. No idea why they do not cut more than asked for or at least consult with you before cutting (where she will cut or where it will sit). Never ever, ever again and i was very excited for this.
