Best Salon experience ever! – I have very thin, fine and flat hair. I have always wanted some extension to pump up the volume. I went to David after a friend recommended facestation. Highly Recommended!! Great experience and value!! – I was recommended to Face Station by a friend who had a great experience. After reading the below reviews, I was skeptical but wanted to try it anyway and form my own opinions. When I made the appointment the receptionist was nice and friendly and quite helpful (recommendations, directions, etc.). Avoid facial/skin services at FACESTATION!!!!! – I have had facials regularly for the past twelve years. I have gone to regular salons and upscale spas and am not a snob when it comes to service. DUE TO THE POOR TREATMENT I RECEIVED AT FACESTATION I AM COMPELLED TO WARN OTHERS NOT TO SOLICIT THEIR SALON. Upon arrival, I was immediately whisked off without introduction to a small closet that passed as a room which two people could not fit into comfortably. Improvements Needed at FaceStation – These are my problems with FaceStation: 1) Salon is overcrowded and doesn't have enough sinks to have your hair washed 2) There is never enough staff to wash you hair 3) Haircuts aren't cheap so I expect better service 4) I always have to wait a long time!!!! There is no regard for appointment time. 5) I liked the previous hairsalon that David managed. It was a much better setup with more room and privacy.

Great service, great products, great place – I've gotten the best haircuts here and the price is very reasonable. I have curly hair and when they blowdried it straight, it looks amazing. (Susanna is the best!!) David Groshen's products are high quality, but they are a little to expensive to fit into my budget all the time. ($20+/- per product) I haven't tried their other salon services (facials, nails, waxing) but I'm sure they're good too.

Ketty Loseto really listens to you! – A friend recommended Ketty Loseto at Face Station to me. And Ketty was incredible!... She did a great job. I told her exactly what I wanted. And she created the best haircut I have ever received!... She is personable and she really listens to what you want and takes her time in paying attention to the haircut. I would recommend her to anyone!
