Brought bundles in Feb and just had installed Saturday and it’s already very matted. Called shop a few times no answer. Don’t bother buying from here .. waste of money

I’ve purchased bundles in the past and I didn’t have a problem with the hair at all. However, I recently ordered a u-part wig and the wig was unfortunately terrible. It came matted, dry, brittle, and extremely tangled. I washed it hoping it would help but it didn’t not. There were split ends all the way up the hair and it looked like a wig that’s been sitting in a closet for over a year. The only plus side is that they allow you to choose the size of the wig cap. Hairmisses is the best. I was experiencing issues with my package being delivered with usps. I called and the manager immediately called me. I had an event that day and she assured me everything would be okay. She did everything she could to fix the problem. She offered to give me new bundles free of charge; trusting me to bring back the package when received. Not many people would have done this. Her and her team were patient, kind, and understanding.
