I’ve purchased bundles in the past and I didn’t have a problem with the hair at all. However, I recently ordered a u-part wig and the wig was unfortunately terrible. It came matted, dry, brittle, and extremely tangled. I washed it hoping it would help but it didn’t not. Hairmisses is the best. I was experiencing issues with my package being delivered with usps. I called and the manager immediately called me. I had an event that day and she assured me everything would be okay. She did everything she could to fix the problem. She offered to give me new bundles free of charge; trusting me to bring back the package when received. Not many people would have done this. Her and her team were patient, kind, and understanding. You wont get your hair!!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. Ordered my hair on 2/20, the lady called me to explain that she was sorry and the vendor shipped her the wrong hair. This call I received on the 14th business day, she said I could come to the shop and get some hair for the inconvenience, had to make a 50 min drive all to not even have not one texture of curly hair!! Then had the nerve to offer me a $25 gift card after I spent $355. Lol dont even waste your money, time, and energy!
I don’t know if anyone else is having these problems but I tried booking some “name shall not be said” hairstylist in the city and they only work on hair they sell. And the hair don’t last long and sheds so much. My birthday was coming up, and I was crying on the phone to my best friend and she told me about this hair shop in Ferndale.
