Horrible service, appt was at 1pm. Walked in no one acknowledged me. Then sat in the stylist chair she touched my hair for a few minutes combed it asked me what I wanted and said she was going back to mix color she did not come out of the back room until 1:45 p.m. with no excuse with no anything of why she left me out there that long. I got up out of the chair and I told her this is absolutely ridiculous it does not take you 40 minutes to mix color I cannot believe you did this and I will be calling the manager tomorrow. I give this place a five star. The beauticians here are very professional and make everyone feel welcome. And my beautician, Teresa, of course, is the bomb. Very professional, and she takes time to listen to the needs of the individual. I especially love the fact that she takes the extra time to address your specific questions and concerns you may have about your hair care needs. I would recommend this place to all my friends and family.

I've been searching for a permanent hair stylist for a long time, I have long hair and a very sensitive scalp and was afraid of going to get my hair cut and having to leave with a headache. Well, instead I got a great cut which I'm totally satisfied and a stylist yiiiippppppppppy thanks to the talented and lovely lady AND my new stylist " Andrea YOU WERE AWESOME!!!!!
