I just went to Mastercuts for a blow dry only. They charged me $25 bucks for shampoo and blow dry. A shampoo I did not get.. There was nothing special about the blowout. I could have blow dried it home. It has no style at all. WOW!
RUDE GREETING! Walked in to try and get a haircut and the stylists looked up at me then looked at eachother. They didn't say a word...one stylist put down her comb and walked over to the booth with the schedule book and told me that they didn't have anything for an hour in a half and just stared at me. I have never been so rudely treated when walking into an establishment for a service!
I am always happy with how my hair comes out. Every stylist I have worked with has done a great job of listening and helping me get the best look!
You wonderful people at the Hawks Prarie Salon are . . . to put it simply Just AWESOME with people. You know when to bring about a conversation and more importantly when and with whom not to being that not everyone is a 'happy camper' as we would all like when they walk through that door. You have obviously taken the course "learn to listen proactively" , as listening can be up to 90% of the conversation and the person feels less like just a number and may even open more. I went to this hair masters earlier this year and had my hair cut by a lovely girl named Rosemary. She was awesome. Today I went back to find out she is no longer there and took the next available stylist. I went in for an A-Line cut and came out looking like the girl from Drop Dead Fred. It's about an inch shorter than I wanted (in the front) and it's not even. Wasted my 28 dollars....not to mention the lady who checked me in was rude...perhaps I would understand if they were busy - but they weren't. Wont be going back.
