I had my hair cut by Felicia at Cost Cutters. It was an excellent haircut. Felicia was very professional, and exceptionally careful about her work. I have naturally curly hair, which can be tricky to cut .She wanted to be sure that I was completely satisfied. I was really happy with her work, and will definitely return.
