5:30 appt and no one is at the location. I made the appt at my last appt. Also since have had someone to call to verify because they were updating calendar. Rude to not call me even if owner had an emergency. First time uneven haircut but I went back and it was fixed best it could be and now this! Would not recommend this location at all!!!
