I recently had a terrible experience at Hairitage By LaSylvia Handy and feel compelled to share my disappointment. LaSylvia's demeanor was appalling - she was arrogant, rude, and entirely unprofessional. Despite clearly expressing my preferences for my 4c texture hair, which I exclusively wear in a wash and go style, she disregarded my instructions entirely.
