I went here when it was in the mall. This time I didn’t even get thru my appointment, so that was very disappointing. There were miscommunications with me needing to bring my own hair, and I see that was talked about, however I explained my phone is not working like it should, I didn’t get the text, and I showed up to the appt not knowing. Diamond has been doing my hair for a couple years and I am comfortable with her, I tried to get an appointment this week and someone tried to set me up with another girl, I told them I only wanted diamond to do my hair abs they refused to sy me with her. Diamond is very good and she makes a comfortable setting. If I cannot have diamond in the future I will find another stylist

First off I love Fingaz, she does great nails. However, I scheduled an appointment, paid the $25 deposit, the took my deposit and I had no appointment becuz I didn’t respond to how I was going to pay. But they took the deposit same day I texted to make the appointment. Glad I didn’t drive all the way to Catasaqua, I texted 1st to be sure. On top of that you have to wait when your service is done for them to text the owner, to get the price so if she’s busy you’re standing around waiting. Not professional. I highly recommend this establishment if you are looking to enhance your looks. They provide a variety of services. All the staff are extremely friendly, and knowledgeable on the many services they offer. They have a new location in Catasauqua that is like a beauty bar where they do nails, hair, etc. it’s amazing. They cater to all ages.
