Terrific atmosphere, comfortable, always laughing and enjoying my time spent at the salon, and always look and feel great when I leave! :)
Tess was awesome. She did a fantastic job with my color and cut!
My family and I have been getting our hair done by Tess for 5+ years. She is excellent at what she does and my hair is always perfect when I leave! If you are in need of a stylist I highly recommend Tess!

I I tried to make an appointment at 4:30 but couldn't, because the lady had to color some girls hair. So she asked if 5:45 would work and I said yes. When 5:45 came around she was cutting some guys hair. I was fine with that thinking I would be next. She then told me that I would have to wait 25 min because there is one more ahead of you. My question is what's the point of making an appointment if it really does not mean anything! I will be finding a new salon. Hope this helps people out.

So sorry you had a bad experience Brian! There must have been a mixup or misunderstanding. When we get busy it can be tough to keep track of everything. You are right-if you had an appt and came at that time you should have been next. Again, very sorry and I hope you will try us out again in the future!
