I have had Chemo and my hair is so fine on top, I was lucky enough to get the gentleman to trim my hair and He gave me a cut that made my hair look thicker. I am so grateful to him, Thankyou so much.
i was in the line for 30 minutes and didnt do my sons haircut properly and cut his eyebrows and she wasn't admitting that she did a mistake, in return she was screaming at us for raising the concern. She asked us not to come back for haircuts. i request management to provide staff better training and customer care services. Atleast they should admit their mistakes.

Went to Hairemovers Dec 2022 for trim. Hairdresser young woman working there - from Bris, at Coffs to care for grandparents - was very skilled. As good as expensive salons I’ve been to. Going back soon. She probably won’t still be there. Hope she is.
