I paid $150 for a blow dry and my hair was still wet. My friends had to fix it in our hotel room after. I was so disappointed. They didn’t even blow dry my hair professionally piece by piece she just passed the blower over my hair and curled some pieces and sent me on my way. At least she was nice but my hair didn’t look good.

Hiram did an awesome job I was very happy and pleased with my hairstyle. He made me feel very comfortable and very welcome and the conversation we had made me feel at peace and very fun to be there at the salon 🦋 thank you Hiram can’t wait till I see you again 🤩

Unprofessional and rude service despite high prices I have been to this salon a few times and wanted to try their hair extensions to look good for the holidays. It ended up being a BIG mistake My service was done on 12/23 by their “expert” Lola, but she used way too much glue and glued the extensions too close to my scalp (see pictures below) This caused me to have headaches when sleeping at night as the pressure from the glue kept pulling my scalp in different directions. If I could give zero stars I would. Before my trip I didn’t have time to get my nails done. I did a walk in appointment for a manicure and pedicure. First I asked if they did dip. I was told no. Ok, no problem. I asked for gel and they said yes but it’s an up charge. Again, no problem, I want it to last. Pedicure went fine. When we moved to my nails, I don’t feel like the technician was trained to remove dip, so she really went to town grinding my nails down and nicking my skin more than once in the process.
