Walking in, I was excited to get my hair washed and blow dried after travelling around for a while. Unfortunately I left quite sad, and disappointed. From entering we were met with quite abrupt and abrasive demeanour from the ladies at front desk. By the end of my blow dry, my hair still felt damp, it was still very oily and dirty in and around the crown of my head and nape of my neck.
