Watch out for the guy in front. He takes your money without you knowing. After 3 bad experiences, my family is not going back. 1) My son missed his appointment for a perm because of work. The agreement says, he can charge 50% if not cancelled ahead. The guy charged the full amount to the credit card on file. 2) My other son went for a perm for what he expected was $120. 1. Overpriced, nearly cost $75.00 for long hair. 2. Cut hair way to short when I specifically said I didn't want it to be too short. I told her 4 inches and she cut off 9 inches of hair just because she didn't want to take out the knots. I wish I listened to my gut feeling and not go with her! Her name was Shivani. Please do not go with her! Luckily hair grows which has kept me somewhat optimistic but I am so so so upset that I can't even look in the mirror. I waited a year and half for my hair to grow out!
