I went in for a wash, cut, and blow dry. I didn’t have time to go anywhere else and had always had good experiences with haircuts plus. Unfortunately, my hairstylist was not able to do layers or a curtain bang trim. Instead of saying “I’m not the right person to cut your hair” they asked for assistance AFTER the damage was done. The only thing that I didn't care for was the fact that the price that was quoted on the the web page is different than what I was actually charged.

The place was super clean and spacious. I waited for about 20 minutes since 2 were in front of me. Unfortunately I didn't realize when I asked for a wash and trim, I also needed to ask for a blow dry. It was freezing and my head was soaked. I also noticed after my hair dried, my hair was not aligned correctly. Super choppy. My hair was quite long and thick. I asked for a trim (about 3 inches on the ends) with layers and face framing.
