The only thing that I didn't care for was the fact that the price that was quoted on the the web page is different than what I was actually charged.

The place was super clean and spacious. I waited for about 20 minutes since 2 were in front of me. Unfortunately I didn't realize when I asked for a wash and trim, I also needed to ask for a blow dry. It was freezing and my head was soaked. I also noticed after my hair dried, my hair was not aligned correctly. Super choppy. My hair was quite long and thick. I asked for a trim (about 3 inches on the ends) with layers and face framing. I’ve been coming to this shop for awhile and have always loved it here. Unfortunately my most recent visit wasn’t great. I told my stylist I wanted to keep my length with some layering and curtain bang. I also showed her some inspo pics. She started with the curtain bang and without asking what length I wanted (which I have always been asked in the past) she cut them into super short bangs. They are almost micro.
