They butchered my son's hair and then when I said that's not what I asked for they said, "IF, you decide to come back we can add notes to your account ..." what?! Why not take good notes initially and we wouldn't have any problems? Didn't feel like they cared if they had my business or not. The manager was an airhead and offered no other consultation other then described above for destroying my son's hair. I was embarrassed to leave the shop with my son looking like that.
Spend your money elsewhere! I have used this salon several times. This time (5/17/11), instead of the cut I requested, the stylist suggested a "Morrocon flatiron", "It's only a couple of dollars more". She did the flat iron, and while surprised at the results, decided to give it a try. While checking out,, I was shocked that the flatiron service was as much as the cut.
