Asked about a senior discount, being retired and was told it was 65.....wow, you can get a senior discount in China when you are 55, there I got it! Won't be back!
Liv butchered my sons hair! Entire cut took less then 10 min plus she was rude & condescending. Longer chunks around the side & choppy uneven on top. Worst experience & cut ever! My husband was in the week before & his fade in back it completely uneven. I'd post a pic if I could. I'll never go back & will make sure to tell everyone not to go here either!
What is the reason for all that information in your " NEW " computer system. The old system, for some reason was not tied to the new system. I felt like I was applying for a loan to buy a new truck. I JUST WANTED A HAIRCUT ! I'm old and don't like change and with asking for TOO MUCH info I've become "gun shy" for fear someone is gathering my information to sell. Loyal customers should be more valuable.

Received a coupon for a birthday MVP upgrade, and went out of my way to go to this specific location - waited over 20 mins -- not enough people working. Showed stylist what I wanted and she began to start cutting - never asked what service I wanted - never got to select an MVP service -- when cut was done, was asked if there was anything else... was feeling like being pushed out to get to next person. Felt dumb to ask about the MVP upgrade.... Will not go back to this location.
