Went into this hairdresser and asked for a cut that I could manage and I suggested that they layer my hair and use the scissors that thin out the bulk as this grows back nicely. She didnt listen. So now, as my hair is growing back there are layers with totally blunt lines and my hair is unruly and sticks out after one day of washing. I am on a pension and there were no concessions that day, which I understand, but the proof of a good hair cut is when it starts to grow out. Wont go back.
Very disappointed in their service. Sorry won’t be back.
