Went here for an eyebrow and lip wax Friday. Can say it was the MOST TRAUMATIC experience I’ve ever encountered. Now the girl is very lucky I’m not a confrontational person but there were so many times I should have spoken up but I felt if I did I was going to loose it so I sat there and preyed for it to be over. First she’s gone and put all the wax on the eyebrows and instead of pulling it off in 1 swift motion she would pull the smallest amount stop pull again stop and continue till it was off. Zero stars if i could, whats the point of having a “walk in” hairdresser if you walk in 1 hour before close time, only one person waiting and about 4 of them standing around doing nothing and get told cant do it today, DONT Waste your time!!!!
My son just had his hair cut by Courtney. Such an amazing and professional service by her. She listened to exactly what he wanted and done an outstanding job. I will definitely be booking with her again. Highly recommend Courtney
I have always had trouble trying to get what type of haircut I want and getting across what happens with my hair after it's cut since my hair is curly and curls more when there's less hair, so I often have trouble with stylists cutting it too short, cutting it odd so my curls look weird or making my hair very feminine when I asked for a masculine look. I visited on 14/01/2026 and I would like to thank Natalie for the foils, Taneisha for the shampoo, toner and wonderful head massage and Trinity for the cut and style. All three of these young ladies are delighful, focused and skilled with lovely personalities,good manners and presentation. I would say that they are a credit to the business.
