Amazing like always!! Jessica is an incredible artist who always leaves my hair a masterpiece. She always does what I ask her to do, and more, just the work she does makes me a loyal customer. The customer service is exceptional, they always treat me so well, by making me feel so welcome when I walk in. And it really makes you want to come back.
The staff at the salon seem new and inefficient now.I have been an old customer and was pretty happy with their services like haircut,balayage etc.A new guy was available to style my hair today.I went in with waist long hair and asked for a haircut to get rid of the split ends etc,wanted to get lots of layers to add volume to the long hair. He kept telling me he is adding volume and making lots of layers,in the end when I looked at the mirror he had taken off about 8.5 inches of my hair off. I just moved to Charlotte a few months ago and had to leave my hairdresser of 5 years behind in Memphis. I am extremely picky and I can't begin to describe how completely satisfied and pleased I am with my blonde highlights and cut/style that Jessica Ames did on my hair this morning! She was extremely sweet, professional, efficient, and so easy to talk to! I would highly recommend this place and especially her to anyone I know! I will be coming back!!

I am upset there is not a 10 star option on here to choose from because that's how awesome this place is. From the professionalism, to the friendly-warm faces, to their expertise, and precision. This place worked on my daughter's hair which had never been touched before and when I picked her up, I was in tears. Annie did an amazing job!!!!! Hair was blended perfectly with the colors chosen. They also take time to explain every detail they are going to do or did.... highly recommend this place!!!!!
