I have been going to Shelley Smith for 4 years now and absolutely love her. Before stumbling upon Haircolorxperts and meeting Shelly, I had always switched hair stylists as often as I change purses. I have been a customer of this salon since 2005 and absolutely love it! I have seen many of the stylists over the years and have never had a bad experience. I recommend Haircolorxperts at Birkdale to everyone! The stylists really listen to what you want, always give helpful advice and treat their customers with respect!
I have been to HCX on several occasions having my hair cut, colored, and my daughter having her hair cut. All times we have seen Delanie and I have to say she has been fabulous. She is professional and going to give you a great cut and/or color. She is great working with color and the color is intense and does not fade. By far the best hair experience I've had in years! Kaylie is a very talented hair designer and I felt comfortable with her suggestions and honesty for changing my hair color from over-processed blonde, received at a different salon, to a wonderful and healthy light brown! I'm so pleased and recommend HaircolorXperts/Birkdale Village to everyone!
