We took our daughter to Hairborn for her back to school hair cut, Maria did a fantastic job with the Cut and color, she does really great with listening to the ideas my daughter has and handling the specifics of what she was looking for while providing a comfortable environment for her. Savannah took also did some custom colors and stripes that were requested, she handled it perfectly, my daughter loved everything about her appointment, we definitely will be going back, we couldn’t ask for a better shop to go to.
I just returned from the worst experience by a so called wig stylist, Maria, at this place. I called over a week ago to make an appointment to obtain a wig and asked several questions prior to making the appointment. I was told Maria is the “expert” wig stylist and that she has “hundreds” of wigs to try on. I asked for a bronde balayage, 2000’s hair inspo. Got yellow highlights instead that weren’t blended into my roots, my roots were still my natural hair color. Then I asked to lower price because not done right and manager didn’t have good customer service, was rude, and said my hair looked fine. Would not go back there because I was forced to pay $300 for a bad balayage that looked like highlights not blended into my roots, color was also uneven parts of hair was like platinum other parts were yellow blonde.
I live Hairbourn! I struggled for a long time to find the right stylist... But I finally found Alex, and I'm not looking back! She is always excited to make my vision come to life. She is the best. And don't sleep on Theresa! She did my brows for the first time this week, and I'm not sure why I haven't been doing this all along. She mixed the perfect color henna for my skin tone. Thank you Alex & Theresa for my little summer makeover!
Amazing experience!! From front desk staff helping to book the appointment to Maria’s excellent service for my son! 5 stars! So nice!!
