After trying to dye my hair myself at home, I unfortunately overprocessed it, and it started breaking off badly. I came in with the intentions of dying my hair Ana was honest with me and guided me in the direction of what I needed to do , to get the color I wanted, I came in with a bad haircut I’ve had at a different salon , she helped me get the right hair cut the length and volume she did a whole new look I love it 😍
