RecommendedThis is the first time I have been there. My appointment was on 1-26-2020. Lauren was my stylist. She did an absolute amazing job! She first hi lighted my hair then styled it. I absolutely love my hair. I do not remember the last time I loved my hair this month!! I definitely recommend this place to everyone! They take their time & make you feel at home. Charlotte is a miracle worker! I came to Charlotte with virgin hair and a lot of skepticism, but I really wanted to be blonde. Charlotte eased my fears and explained what she thought would be best for my skin tone and hair. The results: MAGIC! I am so happy that I took the leap and put my trust in the best! She was patient with me and explained how to take care of my new look and recommended the shampoo and conditioner that they sell at the salon. I had my hair cut and colored by Lauren and I love how it looks! I don't always know how to explain exactly what I want for my hair, but Lauren was able to translate my requests into a great style and color that's better than what I had imagined. I appreciated that the salon took appropriate COVID precautions, including all staff and patrons wearing masks at all times.

Tara is such a great stylist...when I asked her to fix something I wasn’t happy with she did it the next day and I LOVED the results....you can’t beat excellent customer service and pure talent!
This Salon is amazing! First time visit and I royally messed up my hair.. note to self no more box dye. These ladies worked their magic and got me feeling great again. They are so friendly and passionate. Highly recommended and will definitely be going back in the future! Can’t thank everyone enough for everything they did today!
