The staff is very accomodating and friendly. I went in to have a digital perm with big and loose curls which I also showed reference photos. Unfortunately, they did tiny curls instead that wouldn’t clump so now my hair just looks frizzy and tangled. Communication could’ve been better if they can actually curl my hair the way I wanted it to.
Very poor skill, blaming on customer's head shape. Terrible person

It’s our first time at Hair Zone Coquitlam and the service is amazing and professional! I highly recommend this salon. My son has a super straight hair and has been wanting to have a Korean perm. Ginnie the owner/hairstylist made my son’s wish a reality. My mom also was so surprised how good the hands of Genie who carefully coloured her roots and great at giving hair cuts.
