I messaged them to ask for help for a product and felt completely shamed because I didn't shop local. There store is almost an hour away. I had purchased a phone from them before and had specific reasons for not wanting to purchase through them and they didn't hesitate to judge right away. I could have returned my devices to where I got them and went and purchased them there but I don't believe I will after this.

RecommendedI am a 67 year old grandmother who has trouble with the technology changes. When I come to the Verizon Grinnell store the technicians are stellar. Why? They are patient with seniors. Not only are they good listener but they instruct my husband and I how to fix our problems. This is priceless. When people say Verizon is pricey I say yes but the service is outstanding. RecommendedWOW! I love these people! They are very helpful. They were able to assist me from my car so I didn't have to risk exposure to the virus, which made me very happy. Blake was very personable and I really enjoyed speaking with him. Colin and Tawney were able to help with all of my questions. I would recommend this store to everyone that I know. Wow!😄
