I know know why but I've been going there for over 3 years and every time I see one specific stylist for my eyebrows she cuts me all the time and this time she really cut me and then messed up my eyebrows then thinned them out more then I liked. I'm not going to throw anyone under the bus and I would've private messaged them but there's no button for that. so needless to say I wont be going back again, I've had my eyebrows threaded and even that didn't hurt as bad.
