I called to get a quote to get makeup done and come in and get it done and they charged almost double from what was quoted. Not impressed.

Hello thank you for supporting our salon! You set up your appt for makeup which I quoted you $25-35 the eyelashes are a separate price which was an additional $30 for individual lashes. Please let me know where you can get both done at any salon for $30. Thanks again!
Waited 2 hours for my 2pm appointment ,which I took a half day off work ,I didn't get seen at all after I called early in the week for a 3:30 appointment so they wouldn't be there late ..SMH NEEDS TO BETTER SCHEDULE THERE costumer so this won't happen again ,they will never see my Money again......

Everyone here is so very kind. Maryanne did an amazing job on my daughters box braids. She was very patient.
i took a bus from niagara falls and a trian just to get there I really enjoyed my self I really felt at home in this salon everyone so laid back yet professional. i deffenatly will be coming back in 2weeks for my wash and retwist.
