My hair looked its best when Gwen was my stylist. I've tried other places (some more expensive, some cheaper) and can honestly say that I have not been happy with anyone else. I feel bad for the reviewer who did not have a positive experience; I always felt Gwen listened and did excellent work. She also did a fantastic job with my teenage son's long, curly hair.
