I went to Rachelle some years ago for Brazilian laser hair removal and purchased a package. I only saw her for several sessions before I was completely burnt from front to back. I went to the clinic and informed Rachelle of this as well as showed her proof of my doctor visit with the money I had spent but she said there was nothing she could do.
