This place is a very nice relaxing spot. Samantha started my locs was wonderful and very sweet. She was also very knowledgeable. I loved the way their products felt on my hair.l, especially their hair oil. I suffer from very itchy scalp and since using their oil my scalp has been 100%.
I had a great experience at Taji's. Hadiyah did an excellent job on my starter locs and educated me on the maintenance and what to expect throughout this new journey. The vibes of the salon and the variety of different hairstyles and hair textures was a good feeling to have.
This hair salon is really professional, it provides a remarkable vibe from the time you enter to the time you exit. The music is perfect, the stylist are remarkable, this salon continues to go above and beyond in any way they possibly can. Samantha did a remarkable job with my loc maintenance and style.
They require customers to make an credit card deposit just to make an appointment. As a new shopper, I do not feel comfortable leaving my credit card number on file with some new company. Especially since identity thief issues are on the rise. Also, the front desk associate was rude. I sat in the waiting room for nearly 10 minutes while she talked on the phone wearing bright blue contacts, and flicking crap out of her nails. Very professional and relaxing atmosphere. As a new customer we will definitely visit again.
Marisa did a wonderful job with my tapered cut. I didn't go through big chop, so this was closest experience to that. My hair had broken off in back and asked her to work her magic. I LOVE It! I feel free again. No more wig!!
