Great neighborhood barber shop. Alex is tops. Does a fantastic job. Update on August 2022: word is Alex retired. Really going to miss him but long and happy retirement Alex.

So far the best I have found in NE Philly for the price, skill and ease of actually getting a haircut. I'm not sure of the hours and they seem to close early each day but it is normally quick visits. It is actually on the side block and not in the main part of the shopping center which can throw you off the first time or 2. Just go down the stairs to the right of "Bells Corner" and it's down the stairs on your left.
