We went to the Pride Kick off Party, and I gave my son $40 to enter the raffles, they were having. My son put all his tickets into a chance to win a cut and color at Hairstyles of Downtown, and he won. When I contacted the owner to set up an appointment for my son, I was told he is not comfortable doing African-American hair, and would give us a $50 check for our troubles.
