It was my first time, and I got highlights and a haircut. Everything turned out amazing! Natalie put her whole heart into her work and did an excellent job. She is patient, caring, and so sweet. It was truly a beautiful experience.

Natalie was so nice and just what I needed. I asked for a simple wet cut and for my dead ends to be cleaned up/ for long layers. She listened to what I said and did a great job!
