I used to be a client here. I followed my hairstylist Grace Kim here from her previous place, even though this place was a step down, with A/C that often doesn't work, and being less than desirable inside. In the 13+ years I've been here, it's been a revolving door for stylists, except for Grace, but Grace made the environment worth it. With the new management here, they've been very discourteous to Grace, which makes me understand why they've had such high turnover.
