I placed my order Friday, May 9th And still have yet for my package to be shipped. I texted the number that was on the website and said I could text with any questions or anything like that and no response and left a message on the website and still no response. Overall, I’m just really frustrated because what should’ve only taken a week to arrive has now taken about two weeks with very little communication as to why my package is delayed
I placed an order on May 2nd and the order status still says awaiting fullfilment 6 days later. At this point, I'm wondering if this website is legitimate or if I've been scammed.
I had a great experience with this business. Jessica was incredibly responsive to my emails and showed exceptional dedication by personally delivering my order to make up for a slight delay. Her professionalism and thoughtful gesture really stood out. I will definitely be ordering again. Highly recommend.
Update - 4 stars - Jessica from Hair Square called me today to apologize and actually delivered my order to my house herself. She explained there was a system issue with my order (it was archived by mistake) and they have been busy with many orders so missed my follow ups. They definitely need to address the internal issues but I am pleased with the care that Jessica took in addressing my order issue. Thanks. So far not so good wouldn't be surprised if some of these reviews are fake. I ordered on Monday Feb 25 the order is still being fulfilled. I've sent 2 emails and a text message this Jessica woman isn't responding to any of my inquiries. I never used them before so I used PayPal so I will be asking for a refund at this point. No excuse for this level of poor customer service anymore.
