Probably the most rude lady I had to deal with! Samantha is the worst to send your daughter too! She was rude as soon as my daughter walked in. You need better people skills!
I asked to show a picture after explaining that I wanted an inch or inch and 1/2 cut. Told no picture was necessary. Asked for no “razoring”. Did not pay attention because I was turned away from the mirror. I did not realize she was using thinning shears and unfortunately, I was assuming she was doing what I asked. The hair that I have is now layered to my ears. It was the opposite of what I asked for and I am very disappointed.
