I've been here at least four or five times, and because my hair is extremely heavy and too thick and difficult for me, they always get it right. They understand the texture and the struggles I have with it, they make every gray disappear, never leaving hair dye stains on my skin, always looking and feeling and smelling like a million dollars! I love every stylist here. They always take care of me. ❤️

I had a disappointing experience over the phone with a staff member who repeatedly called me by the wrong name, even after I corrected her. The conversation felt dismissive and rude, which has made me decide not to return.

My brother went to get a haircut and he needed an adjustment. The person cutting hair said, "no, this is too much labor!" Every place I've ever been to asks you after your haircut, "Does everything look OK?" He simply wanted his hair tapered and faded! Worst service!
