Amanda was extremely rude and disrespectful. She talked badly about other clients and was just super unprofessional, I don't get how she's still working there with that ugly attitude. She also was so rough working on my hair, and left it completely damaged. Do not go to Amanda. The receptionist was not welcoming at all, just giving rude stares. If you don't like your job, don't work there. Plain and Simple.
Happy to have been able to get a same day appointment. Isabella did a wonderful job. I'm so pleased with how my hair turned out.
My personal experience the past 3 times I’ve come here has been alright other than most walk ins are not welcome ( even it the sign says so ) . Especially men, the workers have thier regulars that are mostly ladies. And every time I try to walk in I get ignored and looked at like they don’t want me there.
